About Alicia

Hi, I'm Alicia Atterbury! I hold a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Waterloo in Environment and Resource Management and Master's Degree from Western University in Environment. After five years in finance, I shifted my career focus to helping people achieve their real estate goals. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2019 and achieved real estate broker status in 2020. I still have a passion for the environment and I'm so fortunate for my involvement with the Thames Talbot Land Trust as a member of the Land Securement Committee which focuses on securing natural land for the protection, conservation and restoration of natural areas within Elgin, Middlesex, Oxford and Perth counties

I believe in building my business based on relationships, not just transactions. I strive to be knowledgeable in the marketplace, and offer as much value to my clients as possible. I have a proven track record in the St. Thomas, London and Elgin county markets. I deliver what I believe to be the highest quality services in the business because I care about what I do and the people I do it for.

I have been a part of the Royal LePage Triland Realty St. Thomas Office for the last 5 years and am a proud recipient of the Royal LePage President's Gold Award, 4 years in a row!

Ultimately, as a busy wife, mother of three and full-time Realtor, my goal is to make the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. My ability to balance both my personal and professional life may resonate with clients who value a dedicated, hardworking and empathetic person.

I have loved to watch this community grow and evolve. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo and a Master's in Environment and Sustainability from Western University. After completing my education, I began my career at a local bank. I have since shifted focus to my city and helping others find their dream home. I want to help my fellow community members as they search for their new home or help them sell the home that once meant so much to them.
